Welcome to Dr Handa’s Surgery your GP Practice. We're committed to providing you with the best possible care. The 'You and Your General Practice' charter outlines what you can expect from us and how you can get the best from your GP team.

What to Expect from Us:

- Access to Services: We're committed to providing you with timely access to care, including online consultation tools available during core hours (8am-6:30pm, Monday to Friday).
- Continuity of Care: We'll strive to ensure you see the same GP or healthcare professional regularly, especially if you have a long-term condition or complex needs.
- Feedback and Complaints: We welcome your feedback and have a clear complaints procedure in place. You can provide feedback online or contact our Patient Participation Group (PPG).

Your Responsibilities:

- Respectful Behaviour: Treat our staff and fellow patients with courtesy and respect.
- Accurate Health Information: Provide complete and accurate information about your health and any medications you're taking.
- Appointment Attendance: Arrive on time for scheduled appointments and provide adequate notice if you're unable to attend.
